In this role, you will oversee the monthly Production Planning process cycle for your network of sites and ensure finished goods production plans align with the site and network Supply Plans to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals. You will also ensure that the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize the labor and machine resources while achieving the business goals for cost control, productivity, and working capital.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the monthly Production Planning process cycle for your assigned product cells at the Tempe site
Ensure that the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize labor and machine resources
Collaborate with functional teams to resolve demand, capacity constraints, and material availability issues, and support Planners in maintaining accurate planning parameters and material master data.
Achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within business goals
Participate in monthly SIOP meetings to approve network production plans, present associated risks, and discuss mitigation plans with functional and business leadership
YOU MUST HAVE
7+ years of Supply Planning, Operations Planning/Scheduling, Materials Management of other Operations Planning related functional area.
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment, defense and aerospace preferred
5+ years planning experience in SAP ERP system
Due to export restrictions this position requires United States Citizenship or United States Lawful Permanent Resident status.

Experience in Kinaxis-RapidResponse (or Maestro) highly
