Think Tell Junction We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for planning and executing events that leave lasting impressions. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning, from initial concept to execution and post-event evaluation.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute a variety of events including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
Collaborate with clients to determine objectives and budget requirements for each event.
Research and recommend venues, vendors, and entertainment options based on client needs.
Oversee logistics for events including catering, audio/visual setup, and transportation arrangements.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure compliance with all service agreements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably 2+ years.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
