Be more than a recruiter—be a strategic advisor. As a Talent Advisor at sweetgreen, you'll partner with regional leaders to build talent strategies that fuel our growth. You'll balance high-volume hiring with strategic workforce planning, all while creating exceptional candidate experiences. If you love using data to drive decisions, coaching leaders to hire smarter, and solving complex talent challenges in a fast-paced environment, this is your role.

What You'll Do Drive Leadership Hiring

Partner with Regional GMs and Area Leaders on talent planning for existing stores, new openings, and market expansions

Own full-cycle recruiting for field leadership roles—from sourcing to offer close

Build market-specific strategies using competitive intelligence and local insights

Collaborate on succession planning and internal talent development

Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while tracking pipeline health and continuously improving hiring quality

Enable High-Volume Hourly Hiring

Train and coach Area Leaders and Coaches on effective hiring practices in our ATS (Fountain)

Partner with field leaders to solve staffing challenges with creative, data-driven strategies

Support new restaurant openings by aligning on hiring goals, timelines, and workflows

Manage recruitment budgets, ad spend optimization, and hiring events

Maintain ATS integrity and oversee hiring trackers and reporting

Be a Strategic Partner

Use market data and recruiting metrics to influence talent decisions

Build trust with leaders through transparency, accountability, and consultative guidance

Anticipate hiring needs and proactively bring solutions to the table

Champion a culture where everyone thinks like a recruiter

What You Bring Experience

3-5 years recruiting for both leadership and high-volume hourly roles

Proven success in managing multiple requisitions and meeting ambitious hiring goals

Track record of building strategic partnerships with business leaders

Experience training and coaching hiring managers (restaurant, hospitality, or retail recruiting a plus)

Strong task management skills, especially for new store openings

Salary range for this role: Starting salary range based on experience ($77,000 - $90,000 USD)
