Valdosta, Georgia
area. This position is perfect for a veterinarian who thrives on collaboration, mentorship, and driving medical excellence while maintaining an active role in patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality veterinary medicine and lead by example in clinical standards and client communication
Mentor and develop veterinarians, supporting professional growth and confidence in all aspects of medicine and surgery
Partner with local hospital teams to enhance workflow efficiency, staff engagement, and client satisfaction
Participate in recruiting and onboarding veterinarians, fostering a supportive and growth-minded environment
Ensure compliance with medical and regulatory standards while promoting best practices in patient care
Analyze key performance data and collaborate on initiatives that strengthen operations and team performance
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
Active or eligible veterinary license in Georgia
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership or mentorship skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to travel within the region to support assigned hospitals
