As a Loan Servicing Manager III within JPMorganChase, you will manage a team of loan servicing specialists to ensure smooth loan portfolio operations. You will interpret loan documents, interact with stakeholders, and oversee critical deadlines. Your expertise in loan servicing and lending services will guide impactful decisions and financial management. You will resolve complex issues, drive strategic planning, and foster continuous improvement. Your leadership will nurture future talent and support the growth of our Agency/Off‑Balance Sheet Servicing team, enabling expansion in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and CMBS offerings. You will play a key role in building and maintaining servicing frameworks for agency products, collaborating with commercial real estate teams, and ensuring operational readiness. Your focus on quality control, process improvement, and team development will help us deliver best‑in‑class servicing solutions. Oversee interpretation of loan documents for accurate and timely servicing. Lead a team of loan servicing specialists, driving performance and improvement. Resolve issues using advanced conflict management skills. Guide loan servicing operations with strategic planning aligned to firm goals. Mentor and develop future leaders within the team. Equip team members with skills, resources, and support for success. Maintain performance metrics and enforce quality control. Build and maintain servicing frameworks for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae products. Identify and implement process improvements. Collaborate with WLS and commercial real estate teams on operational readiness. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Seven or more years of experience managing loan servicing operations. Proven leadership in financial services, driving performance and improvement. Advanced conflict management skills for resolving complex issues. Strategic planning expertise in lending services. Experience mentoring and developing future leaders. Strong leadership, motivation, and coaching abilities. Effective time management and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficient knowledge of mortgage products, lending, and real estate compliance. Analytical skills for data‑driven decision making. Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Strong organizational skills for high‑volume, fast‑paced environments. Outstanding leadership qualities for mentoring and coaching. Proficiency in developing quantitative reports for performance analysis. Experience managing multiple teams and managers. Expertise in timely group delivery and execution of daily controls, meeting KPI targets. Agency product experience. Strategy software knowledge. Required or Additional Information
