Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Product Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring Salesforce evolves into a scalable, data-driven platform that enables growth. You will own discovery, documentation, and stakeholder alignment across Commercial teams, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Compliance—translating complex workflows and data needs into clear, buildable solutions that improve usability, accuracy, and performance. Why Join

Influence how Salesforce evolves from a transactional CRM to a strategic growth platform. Work with a modern data stack and cross-functional teams spanning Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Play a pivotal role in reducing technical debt and enabling scalable revenue models. Drive impact across a fast-growing private-equity backed business preparing for its next growth phase. Requirements

3-6 years of experience as a Business / Product Analyst within Salesforce ecosystems. Strong understanding of Sales Cloud objects (Opportunities, Quotes, Products, Price Books, Approvals). Familiar with data modeling and ETL concepts; hands‑on experience with Fivetran, Atlan, BigQuery, or similar preferred. Experience managing backlogs in JIRA, Slack tool‑ing and maintaining documentation in Confluence and Google Workspaces. Proven ability to analyze cross-system integrations (for example HubSpot, NetSuite, Slack, Gong). Strong process mapping and stakeholder engagement skills—able to translate business language into technical requirements. Detail‑oriented problem solver who balances short‑term delivery with long‑term architecture. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional audiences. Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Process Mapping

Partner with Commercial Operations, Sales, and Product teams to capture system pain points and improvement opportunities. Document "as-is" and "to-be" journeys for quoting, pricing, approvals, renewals, and reporting flows. Translate business objectives into epics and user stories with defined acceptance criteria. Prioritize backlog items using data impact and effort analysis. System & Data Analysis

Map Salesforce objects, flows, and data models to identify redundancy and improvement opportunities. Partner with Admins and Developers to design scalable, declarative-first solutions that minimize technical debt. Analyze how Salesforce data integrates with surrounding systems (e.g., HubSpot, NetSuite, Fivetran, Atlan, BigQuery). Support data quality initiatives—validation rules, deduplication, enrichment, and audit trails. Governance & Documentation

Maintain clear requirements traceability and process maps in Confluence, Slack or equivalent repositories. Ensure changes are auditable and aligned with data governance and compliance policies (GDPR, InfoSec). Contribute to release notes and change management communications. Testing & Adoption

Lead UAT and coordinate sandbox testing with cross‑functional users. Define test cases, document defects, and validate fixes across multiple environments. Support training and adoption by creating quick‑reference guides and release walkthroughs. Continuous Improvement & Insights

Use usage analytics and feedback to prioritize enhancements. Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual steps and speed deal cycles. Benchmark against SaaS best practices for CRM architecture and data governance. What Success Looks Like

Core sales and approval flows reduced to minimal steps without loss of control. Accurate and consistent data across Salesforce, ERP, and data‑warehouse systems. User satisfaction and adoption metrics improved through simplified UX and training. Business stakeholders report tangible time savings and better insight from reporting. Product team delivers regular releases on time and with full documentation. What We Offer
