About the role We are looking for a

Web Analyst

to strengthen our e-commerce efforts in driving the growth of our business. Analysts are key members of the

Finance Department , contributing significantly to decision-making and strategic planning. We are the proud owners of our data warehouse and all dashboards used in our company.

Once you join our team, you will be responsible for:

Preparing reports, analyses, and business recommendations based on data from

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

and

BigQuery

Managing and improving the

Google Tag Manager (GTM)

setup, including data layer configuration and tracking accuracy

Developing and maintaining the analytical environment in GA4

Collaborating with the UX team to design and implement analytics that deepen insights into user journeys

Designing and visualizing data in

Looker Studio

dashboards

Analyzing sales funnels and conducting

A/B tests , translating insights into concrete actions that improve conversion and user engagement

Recommending optimization actions for traffic acquisition and conversion rate

Debugging tracking issues and ensuring the reliability of analytical tools

Collaborating closely with business and other teams (marketing, sales, development) to support data-driven decision-making

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role ( web analytics, data analysis, e-commerce )

Expert knowledge of

Google Analytics 4

configuration

Strong experience with

Google Tag Manager (GTM)

— configuration, debugging, event tracking

Solid command of

SQL

and experience with databases ( BigQuery

or other cloud environments such as

AWS

or

Azure )

Proven ability to analyze sales funnels and assess campaign performance

Experience designing reports and dashboards (e.g. in

Looker Studio )

Excellent communication skills, ownership mindset, and proactive approach

Fluent Polish and English (C1)

Availability to work from our Warsaw office 3 days per week

It would be an additional plus if you also:

Experience with

Server‑Side GTM (sGTM)

Familiarity with

DV360

/

SA360

and campaign planning tools

Knowledge of

AppEngine

or other cloud‑based automation tools

Understanding of basic web technologies ( HTML, CSS, JavaScript )
