Job Summary The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Vice President of Global Services and secondary support to the Global Services leadership team. This role requires broad experience in organizational policies and practices, strong judgment, and excellent communication and organizational skills. The Executive Assistant interacts with all levels of management, manages projects as needed, and effectively balances multiple priorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company

Organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues

Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization

Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodations for members of the GS Leadership team

Gather receipts and process expense reports

Schedule and participate in Leadership Team meetings

Schedule on and offsite meetings; order and set up catering for onsite meetings

Book conference rooms in advance of meetings and offices for employees attending meetings

Draft and prepare announcements/communication

Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks

Strong collaboration with Hologic Executive Assistant team members

Qualifications

Associates/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Minimum of 5+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role

Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines

Ability to function well in a high‑paced environment; perform additional duties as assigned by executive

Ability to use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle Executive level matters

Skills / Tools

Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Concur and Oracle Business Systems

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally

Ability to work with highly confidential information in a professional manner

Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management, as well as build new relationships

Ability to decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed

Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with strong multi‑tasking and prioritizing skills, able to manage projects efficiently

Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and use good judgment

Must be proactive, a quick learner, and able to work independently

Ability to think outside of the box with a sense of urgency

Travel Requirements

Ability to travel

Onsite 5x a week

The annualized base salary range for this role is $80,400 to $125,900 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
