Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance on machinery and respond to direct requests from the manufacturing floor. You will be responsible for evaluating situations, determining the necessary level of maintenance, and conducting mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Additionally, you will read blueprints and electrical schematics, operate maintenance room equipment, and maintain equipment in a production-ready and safe condition.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery.
Respond to direct requests from the manufacturing floor by evaluating and determining the level of maintenance needed.
Conduct mechanical troubleshooting on pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes, and motors.
Perform electrical troubleshooting on three-phase motors and VFDs.
Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
Operate maintenance room equipment according to procedures.
Maintain equipment in a production-ready and safe condition.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic presses, injection molding machines, and robotic equipment.
Essential Skills
3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Electrical troubleshooting.
PLC knowledge.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting.
Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and machine repair.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Franklin, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $72800.00/yr.
