Responsibilities
Inspect first articles, in-process parts, and products prior to shipment using gauges, coordinate measuring machines, optical comparators, and vision systems.
Generate spreadsheets for data collection.
Generate first article inspection reports.
Reconcile final inspection documentation for shipments.
Test incoming raw materials.
Use precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, fixtures, and gauges to check work and perform detailed inspection of parts produced.
Read instrumentation and gauges to accurately measure dimensions on parts being machined within specified limits.
Wear proper safety equipment and comply with company safety rules at all times.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
