Quality Control Inspector – Tulsa, OK
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team and ensure products meet the highest standards. This role involves performing visual and measured inspections, ultrasonic and magnetic particle testing, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to verify product quality
Perform UT Level II inspections in accordance with ASNT SNT TC-1A
Execute weld inspections per AWS D1.1 standards
Carry out magnetic particle inspections using the dry powder yoke method
Inspect incoming materials and final products
Complete documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a professional work environment
Support and train Level I Inspectors
What You Bring
Experience in quality control and inspection tools (calipers, micrometers)
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
Knowledge of visual and welding inspection techniques
NDT classroom training certificate and documented OJT hours
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as needed
Minimum of 2 years in a quality-related role

Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Non-climate-controlled facility handling large-scale products
