Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Data Center DCO Technician to join their team. As a Data Center DCO Technician, you will be part of the technical support department supporting the IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour days, 6am-6pm, Wed/Thu-Sat
What's the Job?
Maintain and support hardware infrastructure of cloud computing server technologies.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, performing break-fix repairs on faulty components.
Prepare, stage, set up, and execute startups and shutdowns of IT equipment following safety protocols.
Conduct quality checks post-installation to ensure proper grounding, labeling, and cabling.
Decommission hardware for system refreshes, including memory upgrades and OS rebuilds.
What's Needed?
Experience as a Data Center Technician with hardware break-fix responsibilities.
Previous roles involving computer repair or technical support, such as Geek Squad or similar.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components.
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to work on-site in New Albany, OH.
