Our client, a leading organization in the public health sector, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Data Management Department supporting various operational and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Manage, migrate, and update SQL databases, including creating relationships, indexes, and handling backend data operations.
Design and develop dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports using Power BI and Excel.
Connect multiple systems via APIs and automate data feeds for seamless data integration.
Design interactive forms and data collection tools using Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, and Adobe Forms.
Identify inefficiencies in manual processes and develop automated, streamlined solutions to improve business operations.
What's Needed?
Proficiency in SQL Server management, data migration, and backend data operations.
Experience with Power BI, Excel (including macros/VBA), and data visualization techniques.
Knowledge of data integration via APIs and experience with process automation tools like Power Automate.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather requirements, document workflows, and create functional specifications.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multiple departments and external vendors.
