progressive and growing manufacturer

of precision-engineered products, is seeking an experienced

Production Manager

to lead daily operations and champion continuous improvement across all areas of production.

In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee molding and final assembly processes to ensure that high-quality products are consistently produced to meet and exceed customer expectations. You’ll foster a culture of excellence, safety, and accountability while mentoring a skilled team.

What You’ll Do

Oversee all aspects of production, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to customer specifications.

Provide hands‑on leadership, training, and coaching to production teams on equipment operation, materials handling, and quality standards.

Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality management systems.

Drive lean manufacturing practices, standardize work methods, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and enhance 5S systems and ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Collaborate cross‑functionally to meet production schedules and resolve quality and process issues.

Lead and support initiatives related to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

Promote employee engagement, teamwork, and operational excellence.

What You Bring

Minimum

5 years of progressive production management experience

in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of

Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping , or

Toyota Production System (TPS)

methodologies.

Familiarity with

IATF 16949

and

ISO 14001

quality and environmental standards.

Proven leadership, team‑building, and coaching abilities.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Strong business acumen and comfort with CMS, scheduling, and inventory systems.

Demonstrated success in driving

continuous improvement

and

cost‑reduction

initiatives.

Solid understanding of workplace safety, environmental regulations, and employment legislation.
