US Merchandising Manager, Hotels.com
Are you passionate about bringing Brand strategies to life? Are you driven to deliver retail promotions to create business growth? We are looking for a Hotels.com US Merchandising Manager to help us deliver amazing promotions and experiences for our Hotels.com customers. This role can be based in either our Dallas or Seattle offices and reports to the Sr Director, Hotels.com.
In this role, you will:
Lead strategy for US sales and merchandising calendar, working collaboratively with Brand and Product
Support executing consumer promotions across Hotels.com, coordinating implementation across Marketing, Product, Supply, Legal, and Finance
Ensure timely implementation of our promotions to achieve peak performance, efficiency, and scalability
Partner with Analytics and Business Performance team on sales promotion campaigns to ensure accuracy of the forecast and propose appropriate optimization action to improve delivery
Work with Product to develop test and learn cadence across our merchandising touchpoints
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business Management, Economics)
5+ years of business management, B2C ecommerce, B2C strategy, and retail management experience
Experience with A/B testing frameworks and expertise with traffic data sources
You have prior experience in project management within a B2C environment
Experience working with stakeholders from across multiple subject areas to prioritize and mitigate issues
Communicates effectively, concisely, and tailored to the audience, honed listening skills. Resilient and constructive when faced with change, able to shift approaches when needed in response to unexpected events and circumstances
The total cash range for this position in Dallas is $104,000.00 to $145,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $166,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
