in west Little Rock, Arkansas, where our number one priority is the health and well-being of our clients' pets. We are seeking a full-time DVM to join our well-established practice. We value collaborative team players with strong communication skills.
Our team of veterinary professionals is dedicated to high levels of communication, compassion, and care. Our DVMs have been with Bowman for a combined 20 years, practicing with dedication to providing top-quality care. Our hospital features an in-house laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasound, and a surgical team that ensures efficient and precise diagnostics. We pride ourselves on a supportive environment that provides all the tools needed for excellent veterinary medicine.
We offer:
Minimum base salary ($100K-$140K)
Sign-on bonus
Abundant CE allowance
Four-day work week
Medical autonomy
Modern, spacious hospital
Relocation allowance

Qualifications:
Veterinarian degree (DVM) from an accredited institution
Current State Veterinary License
DEA registration (must be obtained and maintained)
Desire to continue learning and participate in staff training
Position Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent communication skills with team members and clients
Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
Confidence and reassurance when dealing with stressed or ill pets
Physical ability to perform tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
Ability to perform tasks involving climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
