Summary Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our Americas Portable Metrology Division marketing team. This is a Remote position based in the United States, with up to 10% travel.

About the Role The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for the strategy and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and revenue generation for Hexagon’s Portable Metrology business in the Americas. This position will collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and deliver measurable impact.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, email, content, events, and more.

Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and executive stakeholders to align marketing initiatives to revenue goals.

Oversee campaign performance, track KPIs and use insights to continuously optimize marketing efforts.

Define and refine target personas and customer journey maps to drive conversion‑focused messaging and asset development.

Mentor and eventually manage a growing regional demand generation team.

Coordinate campaign asset development in collaboration with the creative and content teams.

Support regional tradeshows and events from a demand generation perspective.

Contribute to the evaluation and deployment of marketing technologies that enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.

10+ years of experience in B2B marketing or demand generation.

Demonstrated success developing and executing regional marketing programs that drive measurable results.

Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, ABM strategies, and marketing automation tools.

Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.

Background in SaaS, automotive, aerospace, electronics, energy, or medical manufacturing industries preferred.

Experience with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).

Strong project management skills with attention to deadlines and detail.

Work Environment This role is remote within the United States and requires up to 10% travel.

Physical demands include:

Frequently in a stationary position for long periods of time.

Manual dexterity required for keyboard use and handling digital equipment.

Occasionally move about to attend events or visit stakeholders.

Frequently communicates with internal and external teams.
