Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: RN - Endoscopy Job Details: • Work 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM shifts • Must take call as required • Previous experience circulating in orthopedic and spine surgical procedures required • Neurosurgical and General/Robotic experience preferred but not required • Work with 17 operating rooms providing comprehensive surgical services • Utilize various equipment including electrosurgical units, Neptune suction, and patient positioning devices • Document using Meditech system • Perform procedures including total joints, spine fusions, neurosurgical procedures including craniotomies, robotic procedures, general surgical procedures, urology, and cardiovascular procedures including open heart • Required certifications: CST National certificate, BLS, Tennessee nursing license • Must demonstrate critical thinking and customer service skills • Scrubs provided by facility • Work with cutting-edge Synaptive Medical Modus V robotic digital microscope for neurosurgical procedures (only system in Tennessee) • Surgery Board Runner support available Facility: This medical center operates a comprehensive surgical department with 17 operating rooms providing advanced surgical services.
