Duties include performing vaginal exams, circulating C-sections, and recovering spinal anesthesia. Must identify and intervene in life-threatening situations, ensure patient safety, and provide comprehensive patient care. Requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to function effectively under stress.
