Job Description Soldiers, scientists, adventurers, oddities…game producers? The Overwatch team, passionate gamers at heart, is seeking a Senior Game Producer to help lead the creation of Overwatch 2—the globe-spanning sequel to Blizzard Entertainment’s acclaimed team-based FPS game.
Our Overwatch 2 team is dedicated to delivering the most exciting and engaging experiences for players worldwide. As Senior Game Producer for Tech Art & Tools, you’ll collaborate with talented teams responsible for Overwatch 2’s stunning visuals and innovative development tools. From building vibrant environments like the streets of Rio to enhancing our internal art and production pipelines, your leadership will help us surprise and delight our players at every turn.

This is a full‑time position at our office in Irvine, California.
Responsibilities
Lead pipeline development for tech art and tools, as well as other art disciplines
Own resource planning for art and tools departments, coordinating across multiple projects
Partner with art and tools leads to foster team growth and build a strong, collaborative culture
Maintain and communicate department roadmaps, schedules, and capacity for both art and tools teams
Define and communicate project milestones, dates, and deadlines, ensuring goals are met efficiently
Champion healthy communication and open collaboration throughout the team, promoting trust and transparency
Identify, communicate, and help resolve challenges that may impact project goals or delivery timelines
Regularly update the production team on status, risks, and opportunities
Define and refine processes and workflows for both tech art and tools development teams
Requirements
8+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager in game development, with experience in tech art and/or tools
Shipped at least one game or several major live updates in an art or tools production role
Proven ability to create, track, and maintain schedules, and facilitate complex resource planning across multiple teams
Exceptional communication skills with key stakeholders, both internal and external
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive teams toward clarity and effective solutions
Strong knowledge of software development, project management, and agile frameworks
Pluses
Previous experience in animation, modeling, technical art (skinning, rigging), or game tools development
A keen eye for art and a passion for empowering creative processes through tools and technology
Experience with online games
Expertise with Jira, Confluence, or similar production management software
Familiarity with art and tool development applications such as Photoshop, Maya, ZBrush, or comparable tools
BA / BS (or equivalent)
