We’re now looking for a

3D Software Engineer (WebGL)

to join our

Prodigi Team

standing behind Tylko’s interactive product visualization. If you’re passionate about real-time 3D graphics, love building high-performance rendering systems, and want your work to power a product used by our customers every day - this role is for you.

Once you join our team, you will be responsible for:

Developing and improving Tylko’s real-time rendering engine built on

WebGL

and

Three.js

Profiling

and

optimizing

performance across devices to achieve smooth, high-quality visuals

Collaborating

with 3D artists, designers and engineers to continuously raise visual standards

Supporting the evolution of our

hybrid rendering stack (WebGL + Unreal Engine 5)

Working closely with our senior rendering expert to take ownership of the WebGL pipeline

You’ll join a small, cross-functional team working in an agile environment - with plenty of autonomy and room to experiment.

You will be fairly remunerated (depending on your skills and experience) – 25.000 - 30.000 PLN for a B2B contract.

What we’re looking for:

An expert experience in

WebGL, OpenGL

and

Three.js

Knowledge of shader programming ( GLSL ) and real-time rendering

optimization

Fluency in

JavaScript

/

TypeScript

Understanding of

GPU

&

CPU

performance, profiling, and debugging on web and mobile

Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and collaborate across teams

Fluent Polish and English at B2/C1 level

Working from our Warsaw office 3 days a week

It would be an additional plus if you also:

Have worked with WebGPU, Unreal Engine 5 or other game engines

Have experience with hybrid rendering, ECS-based pipelines, or procedural geometry

Have built 3D visualizations for consumer-facing products

Maintain a GitHub or portfolio showcasing your 3D work
