We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Finance Assistant to support our clients finance team in Wilton, NH . This is a Monday through Friday, in office position offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to contribute to a growing, professional environment.
Location: Wilton, NH
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $25-$28.85/hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day finance and administrative tasks
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support month-end and year-end reporting
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors as needed
- Perform general office duties to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
