Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Product Owner to join their team! This position is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Duties:
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects business priorities and technical feasibility
- Partner with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and release plans
- Develop clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing features based on business value and impact
- Act as the voice of the customer and end-user throughout the product lifecycle, advocating for usability and value delivery
- Conceptualize and visually design internal web applications to support operational and business needs
- Collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, QA, and the Scrum Master to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery
- Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
- Define and track product performance metrics, leveraging user feedback and data insights for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with product designs, integrating feedback into requirements and product increments
- Drive technical discussions with partners and clients, ensuring clarity and alignment across all teams
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Strong understanding of Angular front-end frameworks and Java-based RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Proven ability to translate business needs, UX designs, and API integrations into clear and actionable technical requirements
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and version control systems
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams
- Adaptable and team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to solving challenges
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of development while effectively prioritizing deliverables
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
- Experience with Workday configuration and Workday integrations is highly desirable
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience working in cloud-native environments such as AWS or Azure

The approximate pay range for this position is between $37.00 and $54.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
