Leading law firm is seeking a mid to senior level Labor & Employment Attorney for their Princeton, New Jersey office. Ideal candidate will have 3-15+ years of experience in labor & employment and/or civil litigation experience with demonstrated interest or background in employment law.

Qualifications:

• Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey
• JD
• 3+ years of Employment litigation experience
• Excellent writing skills required
• Knowledge of federal and state rules
• Experience with pre-trial discovery

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload involving employment litigation matters from inception to end
• Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
• Communicate with clients, provide legal counseling

Compensation Range 130k-200k+ DOE + Comprehensive Benefits Package + Hybrid
