We’re currently seeking a Project Controls Data Analyst to join our team. In this vital role, you’ll serve as a liaison between Project Management and Accounting , helping ensure accurate financial tracking, cost analysis, and reporting across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support both Accounting and Project Management teams with job cost analysis and reporting.
• Review and verify job cost accuracy through daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits.
• Monitor project budgets, perform cost allocations and change order adjustments.
• Provide data-driven insights to aid management in financial decision-making.
• Analyze financial trends to develop profitable accounting and operational strategies.
• Maintain and analyze project schedule and performance data.
• Conduct audits on project processes and documentation.
• Attend project and departmental meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in construction or project controls (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience working collaboratively across departments.
