Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for projects located in and around Shreveport, LA. This is a full‑time opportunity with a pay range of $28-30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope

• Operating Excavators and Dozers
• Excavating Dirt and Loading Trucks
• Digging Dirt to Grade
• Install Drainage Structures and Pipe
• Blading Dirt and Stone to Proper Grade
• Installing Lifts of Stone
• Transport Earth or Other Materials
• Erecting and Installing Construction Materials and Laying down Roadbeds
• Inspect Machines, Performing Basic Repairs and Preventative Maintenance
• Other Tasks as Assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 Years of Experience Operating Heavy Equipment
• Standard PPE
