Job Description

Compensation: $20/HR DOE

Employment type: full‑time

Job Title: Equipment Operator (open pit mining)

• Established mining company (25+ years in business) seeking experienced heavy equipment operators familiar with working in a mining environment (Experience is but NOT required)
  
  • Komatsu PC490 excavator/hammer
  • Komatsu WA500‑8 loader
  • Komatsu HM400‑5 articulated trucks
  • Epiroc T-35 drill
  • Komatsu D155AX‑7 dozer
  • Komatsu GD655 blade
• Located north of Paulden – we are contracted with Drake Cement to run their quarry. (If you are interested in working for Drake Cement please contact them directly)
• Must be dependable, motivated and a team player
• Drug‑free work environment including pre‑employment and random drug testing; marijuana is also prohibited
• Must be 18 years of or older due to the nature of the business

We offer:

• Up to $20 per hour to start (you will be put in machines during interview process to show your ability)
• Full time, permanent employment
• Paid vacation after one (1) year of employment
• Paid sick time after 90 days
• Health insurance covered 100% for employee after 90 days

• 401(k) with 3% company match after six (6) months of employment
