Preferred - Hybrid 2-3 days in office Florham Park, NJ Reporting To: Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Position Type: Contract/Temporary Start Date: ASAP Role Summary The Temporary Sourcer / Recruiter will play a critical role in supporting the Talent Acquisition (TA) team during a key period of activity involving sourcing, recruiter training, intern program, and operations. The successful candidate is a strong sourcer/ recruiter with attention to detail and excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, and is comfortable working across TA, HRIS, training, vendor management, campus recruiting, and reporting. This is a hands‑on role that bridges recruitment operations, training coordination, system support (including our I‑9/E‑Verify workflow), and intern program planning. Key Responsibilities Training & Onboarding
- Assign and monitor completion of new TA training modules for our RPO partner and internal TA team.
- Serve as the interim E‑Verify Lead for Corporate.
- Support the integration between our ATS (Workday Recruiting) and E‑Verify workflows: troubleshoot failed integrations and assist in remediation.
- Manage NHO (New Hire Orientation) data: tracking, reporting, and supporting analytics.
- Support and produce Candidate Care Associate (CCA) service level agreements (SLA) for TA performance.
- Contribute to intern manager training delivery.
- Lead preparation for the Summer Intern Program: laptop forecasting and coordination with IT, liaison with Payroll on student visa requirements.
- Coordinate on‑campus events.
- Vendor‑Management for our campus and early‑career tech platform (Handshake): assign new users, manage quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Support Profiled Waste Talent Acquisition initiatives, establishing consistent standards for sourcing, assessing, and developing high-potential talent in this specialized business area.
- Develop and maintain proactive pipelines of critical, high-potential candidates (Facility Managers, Lab Managers, CDL Drivers, and Solutions Sales Managers) to support current operations and future business growth.
- Partner cross-functionally with TA leadership, hiring managers, and business leaders to define success profiles, competencies, and talent mapping for key roles tied to profiled waste.
- Lead program research and benchmarking, identifying best-in-class recruiting models, competitor talent strategies, and emerging trends to inform program design and long-term scalability.
- Create tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure the health of talent pipelines, conversion rates, and program effectiveness across regions.
- Recommend tools and process enhancements that drive continuous improvement and align with Reworld's lean mindset, collaboration, and accountability principles.
- Preferred - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 or more years' experience in sourcing, recruiting, preferably in a corporate or staffing model environment; early‑career/campus recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Strong project and vendor management skills: ability to juggle multiple workstreams, create reports and drive completion.
- Hands‑on comfort with HRIS/ATS systems (ideally Workday Recruiting) and desire to support technical integrations (e.g., E‑Verify).
- Excellent communicator, highly organized, self‑starter with ability to build stakeholder trust.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, meet deadlines, and pivot as priorities evolve.
