Schedule

Full‑time schedule. Tuesday through Sunday. Shifts include 6:00 am – 2:30 pm or 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm. Further details upon interview.

Requirements

• 2+ years of janitorial experience required.
• Must be able to follow infection control plans and federal, state, and county guidelines.

Pay Range

$16.00 per hour to $16.50 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dusts and mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and places furniture back in correct placement.
• Uses assigned materials and equipment to clean assigned areas, sanitizes all surfaces, and follows the eight‑step cleaning procedure.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Seeks out areas requiring cleaning and takes initiative to complete the task.
• Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor and performs other duties as assigned.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs, and refinishes floors; shampoos carpet.
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
