Executive Assistant to CEO

Location: Onsite in South Bay area, CA

Compensation: $100,000 – $165,000 + Robust Benefits!

Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Senior Executive Assistant within the executive suite. This role will work in close partnership with the Senior EA and Personal Assistant to ensure seamless coordination and comprehensive coverage across all aspects of the CEO’s professional and personal schedule.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly. This position requires discretion, precision, and the ability to anticipate needs while managing complex logistics with ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO in partnership with the Senior Executive Assistant.
  • Manage complex scheduling across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, itineraries, and offsites.
  • Act as gatekeeper and facilitator—triaging incoming requests, communications, and priorities.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and internal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support meeting preparation, agendas, and post-meeting follow-ups.
  • Assist in organizing executive events, internal meetings, and industry engagements.
  • Provide occasional personal support to help optimize executive bandwidth.
  • Take ownership of special projects and process improvements that enhance team efficiency.
  • Maintain flexibility and composure amid shifting demands and confidential situations.

  • High emotional intelligence and sound judgment—able to build trust and maintain confidentiality.

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and adjusting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with modern productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, etc.).
  • Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to collaborate and provide coverage as needed.
