We're expanding our Full-Time Professionals/FTEP Team and looking for talented finance professionals to join us as full-time employees. You'll be a key part of our project delivery group, supporting clients through periods of transition, system implementations, audit readiness, and process improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do:
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Support ERP system implementations, integrations, and process improvements
- Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Partner with clients' finance teams to drive efficiency and accuracy
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship within client environments
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience (ideally at the Accounting Manager level)
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
- CPA designation (or equivalent) preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability, you thrive in dynamic environments
