Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the success of the restaurant’s operations, including FOH & BOH
  • Lead a team to success, provide mentorship, and create an enjoyable work environment
  • Optimize profits by managing labor, food & beverage costs, and inventory practices; handle policies and procedures to maintain compliance
  • Increase customer satisfaction while maintaining high standards of service
  • Drive business growth through sales and marketing initiatives
  • Recruit new talent for future staff openings
  • Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during shifts; ensure quality of food with proper equipment, tools, and recipe specifications
  • Passionate about the taste and temperature of each dish and perfect plate presentations
  • Maintain immaculate standards while keeping the restaurant organized and “like new”

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of management experience within a restaurant supporting up to 50+ staff, preferably in a full‑service setting
  • Demonstrated success in a leadership role
  • Flexible to work at other locations in the region when needed
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • For all California‑based positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certifications are required (can be completed during training and up to 60 days after the start date)
