Job Description
As the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at Glass Doctor, you will answer phones and sell Glass Doctor services. You will use our training, tools, and processes to be successful, and you can grow your career and control your income.
Responsibilities
- Front desk receptionist duties.
- Be prepared to discuss in detail the features and benefits of Glass Doctor’s services.
- Utilize Glass Doctor’s literature, brochures, or flyers when appropriate.
- Enter all pertinent information into Contact Manager to maintain a record of prospects, existing customers, and account activities.
- Promptly respond to email requests to secure opportunities.
- Maintain open lines of communication with ownership/management.
Qualifications
- High degree of organization, excellent work ethic, honesty, integrity, and professional appearance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Self‑motivated, energetic, results oriented, with the ability to listen and move the sale forward.
- Upbeat, positive personality with clear, cheerful communication style.
- Ability to identify additional opportunities to help customers.
- Computer literacy and ability to use standard applications.

Pay range is $15–$25 per hour depending on experience, plus a bonus structure.
