Fahrenheit Advisors is assisting ColonialWebb in their search for an experienced and hands‑on Recruiting Manager to develop, lead, and elevate company recruiting efforts. This is a hybrid role that blends hands‑on recruiting with leadership responsibilities.

About the Role
The Recruiting Manager will develop and execute strategies to proactively source and engage passive candidates, manage key hiring initiatives, and mentor a recruiter. This role will shape recruiting strategy, build strong pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience across the business, eventually building a strong recruiting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create effective processes to actively source, engage, and recruit passive candidates across functions (operations, project management, sales, leadership, and skilled trades).
- Full life cycle recruiting responsibilities to include: developing and conducting outreach campaigns, phone screens, and managing candidates through the entire hiring process from interview to offer.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs, develop effective sourcing strategies to source and engage a pipeline of passive and active candidates to deliver top talent.
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS with robust information on candidate and recruiting activity for current and future workforce needs.
- Stay current on industry and talent market trends to inform sourcing strategies.
Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop recruiter(s) and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and results.
- Oversee recruiting operations, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and strategic hiring initiatives.
- Leverage recruiting data to inform decisions and continuously improve processes.
Qualifications
- Proven success in passive candidate sourcing and recruiting for hard‑to‑fill roles (agency or high‑volume experience preferred).
- Prior leadership experience managing and developing recruiting teams.
- Experience in construction or building services strongly preferred.
- Proficient with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, Microsoft Office, and recruiting technology.
- Data‑driven, strategic thinker with a hands‑on, proactive approach.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel as needed across company locations.
