Find your future with us. **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is seeking a **First Line Manufacturing Manager (level K** **)** to support the **Interior Responsibility Center -Washington (IRCWA)** based out of **Everett, WA** on **2nd Shift.** The successful candidate will be committed to first pass quality, ownership, and accountability - promoting FOD-free product, clean-as-you-go practices, and standards. This position requires a collaborative leader with strong interpersonal and coaching skills to drive design, certification, and in-service support of cabin systems and components. This role will champion One BPS culture, tools, and KPIs while ensuring cross-functional integration with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customer operations to deliver safe, compliant, and customer-focused interior solutions. **Position Responsibilities:**

• Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.
• Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
• Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**

• 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
• 1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role.
• 1+ years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives.

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**

• 1+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, guiding and leading team
• 1+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership
