• Evaluate and integrate new equipment and technologies into production lines.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ITAR, and NADCAP regulations.
• Develop work instructions and inspection criteria to support quality assurance.
• Coordinate with supply chain and vendors for material availability and process alignment.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including process specifications and engineering change orders.
• Generate reports on production metrics and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
