Senior Manufacturing Technicians - San Jose, CA

Ultimate Staffing is actively hiring Senior Manufacturing Technicians for immediate openings with our client in San Jose, CA ! These are Temporary and Temporary-to-Hire opportunities with competitive pay and shift differentials.

What You'll Do:

We're looking for experienced Manufacturing Technicians with 3+ years in:

• Collaborating with engineers and executing assigned tasks
• Running test tools and supporting lab experiments
• Documenting experiments and communicating results using MS Office
• Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to operate automation tools for proprietary device assembly
• Battery manufacturing experience is highly desired

Work Environment Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a dry room/cleanroom
• Able to wear full-body cleanroom gown and face coverings
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 20-30 lbs. occasionally

Pay & Shift Details:

• Pay Range: $30-$45/hr (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials:
  • 2nd Shift: +6%
  • 3rd Shift: +12%

Available Shifts:

12-Hour Shifts (3rd Shift - Nights):

• Sun-Tues, 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM (every other Wed)
• Thurs-Sat, 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM (every other Wed)

12-Hour Shifts (Day Shift):

• Sun-Tues, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM (every other Wed)
• Thurs-Sat, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM (every other Wed)

Standard Weekday Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• 1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
