Senior Manufacturing Technicians - San Jose, CA
Ultimate Staffing is actively hiring Senior Manufacturing Technicians for immediate openings with our client in San Jose, CA ! These are Temporary and Temporary-to-Hire opportunities with competitive pay and shift differentials.
What You'll Do:
We're looking for experienced Manufacturing Technicians with 3+ years in:
- Collaborating with engineers and executing assigned tasks
- Running test tools and supporting lab experiments
- Documenting experiments and communicating results using MS Office
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to operate automation tools for proprietary device assembly
- Battery manufacturing experience is highly desired
Work Environment Requirements:
- Comfortable working in a dry room/cleanroom
- Able to wear full-body cleanroom gown and face coverings
- Able to stand for long periods and lift 20-30 lbs. occasionally
Pay & Shift Details:
- Pay Range: $30-$45/hr (based on experience)
- Shift Differentials:
- 2nd Shift: +6%
- 3rd Shift: +12%
Available Shifts:
12-Hour Shifts (3rd Shift - Nights):
- Sun-Tues, 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM (every other Wed)
- Thurs-Sat, 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM (every other Wed)
12-Hour Shifts (Day Shift):
- Sun-Tues, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM (every other Wed)
- Thurs-Sat, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM (every other Wed)
Standard Weekday Shifts:
- 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- 1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
