Who You Are You are an experienced implementation leader who builds and empowers high-performing teams to deliver complex programs at scale. You bring structure, clarity, and accountability to the implementation function, ensuring every project runs smoothly through disciplined planning, cross-functional coordination, and exceptional client partnership. Role’s Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Serve as the overall owner for the implementation function, responsible for the successful deployment and activation of all OnMed CareStations across markets. Define, enhance, and execute the long-term implementation strategy, including capacity planning, resource forecasting, playbook design, and KPI management. Partner with leadership to align implementation readiness with sales pipeline and operational scaling goals. Drive governance, reporting, and executive visibility into implementation performance, risk, and client satisfaction. Team Development & Operational Excellence Lead and coach a high-performing team of Implementation Managers and a Lead IM; build the next generation of leaders through mentorship, professional development, and accountability. Create a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Ensure the team operates with consistent standards, documentation, and data-driven decision-making. Oversee workload allocation and resourcing to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality. Cross-Functional Program Management Coordinate with Build, Compliance, Care Management, IT, and Client Success to deliver seamless end-to-end activation, from contracting and site readiness through installation and go-live. Drive coordination with vendors, field partners, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution. Standardize implementation processes, workflows, and communication structures to scale nationally. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Act as senior point of contact for key client and partner relationships during implementation phases. Represent Implementation at executive steering meetings, providing transparency into progress, challenges, and mitigation strategies. Shape the client onboarding experience through standardized yet flexible deployment models that accommodate diverse client needs. Continuous Improvement & Scale Build performance dashboards and metrics that capture implementation speed, cost, and client satisfaction. Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to shorten time-to-launch and enhance scalability. Partner with Finance and Operations to forecast installation cadence, budget utilization, and team capacity needs as volume grows. Perform other related role’s responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong strategic thinking and organizational design skills — able to scale a function from tactical execution to repeatable excellence. Deep expertise in program management frameworks and change management principles. Executive presence with proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders. Ability to translate operational data into strategic insight and clear decision pathways. Deep understanding of healthcare operations, telehealth deployment, or technology-enabled service delivery models. Proven people leader who fosters accountability, development, and empowerment across teams. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred. 10+ years of experience in implementation, operations, or program management within healthcare or health tech. 5+ years in leadership roles managing managers or multi-site delivery teams. Demonstrated success scaling operational programs across multiple regions or clients. PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification preferred. Benefits Benefits OnMed provides a competitive salary and benefits package, including unlimited PTO and paid holidays.
