As a Financial Analyst, you will be an essential part of the Finance department supporting global distribution partnerships. What's the Job?
Reconcile data sets from Hilton and external partners to ensure accuracy in incentive payment calculations. Investigate discrepancies and resolve variances promptly to maintain financial integrity. Calculate incentive payments based on contractual terms and prepare detailed reports for internal review and audits. Recommend process improvements to enhance reconciliation efficiency and accuracy. Maintain comprehensive records of reconciliations, calculations, and validations to ensure audit readiness and compliance with policies.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in financial reconciliation, preferably within hospitality or distribution services. Strong understanding of incentive programs and commission structures. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) and familiarity with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft or SAP. Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
