Our client, a leading organization in the high-tech operational sector, is seeking a Technical Program Manager -ONSITE to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager -ONSITE, you will be part of the Project Management Department supporting technical project execution and portfolio administration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Lead and execute technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Manage administrative tasks across a diverse portfolio of projects, maintaining clarity and organization. Deliver business value through innovative technology solutions in high-tech operational environments. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and understanding. Analyze and solve complex problems, negotiate solutions, and stay organized under pressure to meet project deadlines.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analysis, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of experience in Project or Program Management, with a proven track record of delivering business value through technology. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple workflows independently. Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a results-oriented environment.
