DIESEL MECHANIC
position. This is a FULL-TIME position.
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will have expertise in various mechanical systems and be able to diagnose and repair diesel engines efficiently. Primary work is on milk trucks and trailers.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
Diagnose and repair engine malfunctions and other mechanical issues
Conduct inspections to identify worn or damaged parts
Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functioning after repairs
Maintain detailed records of all repairs and maintenance work
Skills:
Proficiency in tire service and air brake systems
Strong customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair diesel engines
Ability to assemble and solder components as needed
Experience working as a Diesel Mechanic
Knowledge of hydraulics and alignment procedures
