Line Cook – Momo Izakaya (Miami Beach)
Compensation: $18 – $20 per hour (based on skills and experience)
Schedule: Full-time / Evening shifts (5 PM – 1 AM)

Position Overview
We’re seeking passionate, reliable, and disciplined Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. You’ll work alongside experienced chefs to prepare refined Japanese dishes in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for cooks who want to grow and learn authentic izakaya techniques in a professional kitchen.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and execute dishes on assigned stations (yakitori, grill, fry, sushi, or hot line)
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Follow recipes, portioning, and plating specifications precisely
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth service
• Maintain consistency and timing during peak hours
• Assist with prep, storage, and inventory tasks as needed
Qualifications
• 1–2 years of kitchen experience preferred (Japanese or fine-casual a plus)
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
• Punctual, professional, and eager to learn
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
