Overview The FP&A Analyst OPEX will be part of the FP&A Team, composed of 3 persons, and will be in charge of the controlling of the OPEX for EMEA and APAC. Their EMEA headquarters are located in Zaventem. Description FP&A Analyst OPEX - American company - Zaventem The FP&A Analyst OPEX will be part of the FP&A Team, composed of 3 persons. His / her main tasks will consist in : Acting as a Finance Partner for the different departments (Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, Legal, …) across EMEA & APAC Helping them with the construction of their budgets & quarterly forecasts Ensuring the accurate follow-up and reporting for OPEX month end closings Providing variances analyzes between the actual and budgeted numbers, based on SAP details (by GL account & by cost center) Preparing the monthly headcount and OPEX reporting Preparing business performances analyzes and providing commentaries & recommendations to the management Ensuring the standardization of the finance reporting and working continuously towards improving efficiencies. Profile FP&A Analyst OPEX - American company - Zaventem The ideal FP&A Analyst OPEX will meet the following criteria: Holding a Bachelor\'s degree in Business / Management / Economics Having a minimum of 2 years of experience in FP&A / Business Controlling / Management Reporting Being fluent in English. Any other language is a plus Having a strong Excel knowledge. Command SAP, BW, Power BI and Business Objects are a plus Being analytical Having the capacity to deal with critical and sensitive data Being flexible Being dynamic, loving challenges and wanting to evolve in a fast-growing company Strong focus on the personality : problem solving mentality, taking initiatives, cooperating with others, proposing solutions for improvement.
