Production Technician Highlights:

Production Technician Summary:
This role involves operating production equipment, assembling parts, ensuring quality control, and troubleshooting issues in a clean, safe manufacturing environment.
Production Technician Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting
- Reading the HMI
- Using Computer Programs
- Operate production equipment and tools.
- Assemble products and perform validation testing.
- Meet production targets and report defects/incidents.
- Maintain quality standards on all tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and stock levels.
- Follow manufacturing manuals and company guidelines.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- One year or more of recent computer programming, machinery troubleshooting, automotive manufacturing experience, SAP/MES knowledge, automated production line experience.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Good communication (written/verbal) and teamwork skills required
- Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary
- Flexibility in working hours including the ability to work 12-hour shifts, overtime, and weekends when required
- Must meet Drug Test and Background Check requirements
