Job Description
Process invoices in an accurate and timely manner
Assist Controller in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end assignments
Respond to A/P inquires from vendors and suppliers
Reconcile bank accounts
Journal entries
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company standards and accounting principals
Phone backup
Collaborate on other projects as needed or assigned
Other administrative duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
