Need to focus on Call Center Type candidates
Need candidate for the10:00 PM to 7:00 AM M-F and on-call rotations once a month day shift. This is a on site role.
Training will be on site 8 am to 5 pm.
Job Summary
The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for the front-line support for all customer concern calls and will be the first Adtran Rep to speak with customers about their product concerns.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Customer Care Representative will handle all toll-free incoming calls for the following departments: ProServices. Presales, Technical Support, CaPS/Return Material Authorizations (RMA's), Training, and Inside Sales. Other projects and assignments may result and be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the department and the Company Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. 2-5 years of relevant, professional experience customer service experience. Familiar with BaaN Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Prior experience with database and business systems. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of various networking telecommunications technologies. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel. Preferred Qualifications
Associates degree or bachelor's degree is preferred. Other similar disciplines and/or related fields may be considered.
