We are representing an innovative startup that is building the next generation of security for the largest infrastructure buildout in history: AI data centers. Backed by leading figures in AI security, cybersecurity, and infrastructure, this company is developing solutions that will protect facilities running on tens of millions of GPUs globally. Their mission is to secure the AI model weights that represent billions in research investment, safeguarding the backbone of tomorrow's economy.

Having recently raised a $3M seed round and launching design partnerships with major data center builders, this company is rapidly moving from prototype to production of FPGA-based security solutions for AI data centers worldwide. What You Will Do

As a

Founding Member of Technical Staff (Software) , you will: Work closely with data center partners and AI clients to understand real-world security needs and integration requirements. Design and implement formal verification systems to ensure mathematically guaranteed security properties for FPGA-based security switches. Build SDKs and integrations for ML engineers to seamlessly interact with security stacks from their familiar environments (e.g., Python). Engineer solutions that deeply integrate with confidential computing and trusted execution environments (TEEs). Develop software that operates within complex network topologies in large-scale data centers, ensuring high performance and security. Help scale production capabilities to deliver performant and secure systems protecting hundreds of thousands of GPUs by 2026. Ideal Background 3+ years of experience in ML research or engineering with a track record of shipping quickly. Experience bridging novel research (approx. 60%) with engineering implementation (approx. 40%). Demonstrated success in AI/ML research, cybersecurity, or systems engineering in high-stakes environments. Proven ability to take research projects from conception through production deployment. Background in top AI labs, defense organizations, or agile hardware/software companies strongly valued. Preferred PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (nice-to-have). Strong low-level software engineering skills in C, Rust, or similar languages. Familiarity with AI-native workflows and use of AI tools for productivity. Knowledge of confidential computing, security engineering, or experience with CTF competitions. Exposure to data center networking (Arista), PyTorch, Xilinx FPGAs, and formal verification tools.
