Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: We are looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and coordinate Agile Release Train (ART) activities, ensuring smooth delivery of value across multiple teams in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader with exceptional facilitation skills, strong Agile coaching capabilities, and the ability to remove obstacles, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement. Core Agile/SAFe Skills:

Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer or Agile Program Manager in a SAFe environment. Strong understanding of Agile principles, Lean portfolio management, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices. Hands-on experience facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt (I&A) workshops. Leadership & Coordination Skills:

Ability to manage dependencies, track risks, and remove impediments across multiple teams. Strong communication skills for engaging with business stakeholders, product management, and technical leadership. Experience in conflict resolution, team coaching, and promoting collaboration. Tools & Technology:

Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or equivalent. Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) concepts. Roles Responsibilities:

Serve as the servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART). Facilitate key SAFe ceremonies: PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions. Assist the ART in tracking progress, managing dependencies, and resolving cross-team impediments. Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Solution Managers to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables. Drive relentless improvement by assessing ART maturity, identifying gaps, and implementing improvement actions. Maintain ART-level metrics to monitor delivery performance and quality. Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability across all teams within the ART. Ensure compliance with organizational governance, Agile best practices, and SAFe principles.
