About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Director of Executive Operations to drive mission capacity building and community engagement. In this critical role, you will strengthen relationships with local elected officials and community leaders while communicating our impactful programs. The ideal candidate will manage fundraising efforts, enhance volunteer engagement, and support blood collection initiatives, all aimed at advancing our mission goals.
Your responsibilities will also include participating in a network of elected officials, with potential opportunities for disaster response deployment. To qualify, you should possess a four-year college degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred) alongside 5-7 years of relevant experience. Exceptional communication and public speaking skills are essential for success, as well as the ability to devise effective fundraising strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office, experience in disaster-prone areas, and a strong network within the local community will give you a competitive advantage. We seek a team-oriented individual with a valid driver's license, who is ready for occasional travel and the physical demands of this rewarding position.
