Type Privately Held About the Role Our company is in search of an experienced Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to oversee the strategy, growth, and performance of our partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will thrive in driving revenue from established partnerships while actively seeking and integrating new strategic alliances. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a robust background in partnerships, business development, or platform strategy, particularly within financial services, fintech, payments, or related fields. The successful candidate will showcase a proven ability to manage and expand partnerships that generate revenue, possess strong commercial insight, and exhibit exceptional skills in relationship management and communication. Working independently and navigating complex partner ecosystems within a dynamic, high-growth environment is key to this role. Key responsibilities include: Strengthening relationships with existing partners Crafting joint business plans Facilitating co-marketing and co-selling initiatives Supporting technical enablement and solution integration with platform partners Collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to align partner strategies with core go-to-market objectives The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes to guide partner development strategies and will be skilled at creating internal frameworks for measuring and reporting the impact of partners on revenue. Experience in account validation, payment processing, fraud prevention, or open banking solutions is preferred, along with familiarity with API-based platform integrations or Banking as a Service (BaaS) partnerships.
